Refund Policy
If your product is defective/damaged or incorrect/incomplete at the time of delivery, please contact us within 14 days of your purchase. Your product may be eligible for a refund or replacement.
In order for the product to be eligible for a Refund, make sure these conditions are met:
- Product must be returned in its original packaging
- Product wasn’t used or damaged
- Product must include original tags (if applicable)
Refunds Not Accepted If
- You change your mind
- Your circumstances change
- You find cheaper products elsewhere.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Digital Items
- Personalized Items
After we receive your product, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund or replacement. The money will be refunded to the Original Payment Method you’ve used during the purchase.
